Caralynn Vaughn, Executive Director –
Caralynn has been coming alongside women living with the effects of difficult choices for her entire adult life. A Texas native, she hungers (besides Texas barbecue!) to help men and women embrace who God says they are, and be freed from shame and guilt. Though she came on staff in 2016, Caralynn, her husband Chris, and Rachel, the youngest of their four children, moved to Asheboro in 2017 and enjoy exploring Randolph County on weekends. If she has to pick between mountains or beaches, she’s definitely a mountain woman!
April Culp, Client Services Director —
A transplant from Texas, April Culp and her husband, Corey, made Asheboro their home about five years ago. In March 2015, April joined the YOUR CHOICES Randolph family as the Outreach Coordinator and has since transitioned into the role of Client Services Director. April’s greatest joy is helping men and women become empowered in their life choices, discover their God-given identities and to live into their fullest potential. April and her husband, Corey (a teacher a Randolph Early College High School), love hosting people around a table, spending time in community, marveling in the great outdoors, and exploring the great state of North Carolina.
Beth Muir, Client Services Coordinator —
Beth Muir is a recent Liberty University Graduate. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology: Christian Counseling in December 2017. She completed her internship at Your Choices Randolph in December and was hired in January 2018 as Client Services Coordinator. Beth and her husband, Jordan have a toddler that keep them busy, as well as two dogs and three cats. They also volunteer as youth leaders at First Christian Church of Ramseur. When she finds the time, Beth loves to read and study. Beth also loves any activity outdoors with her family and friends.
Lauren Ingold, Development Director –
Originally from Virginia, Lauren has lived in Asheboro for the past sixteen years. She joined as Development Director of YCR in September 2017. Before then, she has served in fundraising and development roles for various non-profits in the area. She has a passion for helping others and loves to see organizations reach their funding goals, so they can make a positive impact in the community. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time her with husband, Craig and son Sanders.
Mary Needham, Operations Manager –
Mary Needham joined the Your Choices Randolph team in November 2017, serving as Operations Manager. She assists the Executive Director and Client Services Director with planning and implementing ministry efforts. When she is not serving at Your Choices Randolph, she serves as youth pastor for middle and high school students at South Fork Friends Church in Snow Camp, NC. Her greatest supporter is Andrew, her beloved husband. Together, they have four children, all four-legged and furry. Whenever time permits, she loves manicures and pedicures, watching sunrises and sunsets, and traveling.
Nikki Jackson, Client Services Assistant –
Jackson joined the YOUR CHOICES Randolph team in 2016, serving as Client Services Assistant. Nikki wears many hats, assisting with YCR classes, client appointments, answering phones, daily operations, cleaning, and more. Nikki is a senior at Randolph Early College High School. She has a passion for social work and empowering people. She loves the beach and has plans to pursue a career in social work.
Claire Simons, Intern –
A student at East Carolina University, Claire Simons is studying family and community services, and will be completing her Bachelor’s degree in May 2018. She is a native of Greensboro, NC, and has always loved being involved with her community through ministry. She joined Your Choices Randolph as an intern in January 2018. She is passionate about serving her community, singing worship music, and loving on her dog, Trooper.
